The first Sunday in November is fall back Sunday. As adults, we relish the idea of an extra hour though our toddlers surely won’t allow us to use it for sleep. In honor of the time change, spend some time walking backwards. Toddlers find walking backwards a challenge and often times hilarious. We like to use masking tape or painters’ tape at our house to make paths on the floor to follow while moving around backwards. On occasion we have even been known to spend large chunks of time only moving in reverse.
